We’re supporting people across the North East to reduce their energy bills and make energy saving home improvements. All our support is free, impartial and delivered by our experts at Energy Saving Trust.
We offer a range of support to help you lower your energy bills:
- In-home energy advice delivered by our partners at Groundwork North East and Cumbria and Community Action (CAN).
- Over-the-phone advice to help you improve the energy efficiency of your home. You can call our advisors on 0808 175 9345 or complete our contact form and they can call or email you.
- Our free Homewise tool is available to households across the region, to help you decide which energy efficient home improvements would work best for you. With some information about your property, we’ll create a plan with recommendations for home improvements that will help lower your energy bills.
