We’re supporting people across the North East to reduce their energy bills and make energy saving home improvements. All our support is free, impartial and delivered by our experts at Energy Saving Trust.
Depending on where you live, we offer a range of support to help you lower your energy bills:
- In-home energy advice delivered by our partners at Groundwork North East or Cumbria and Community Action (CAN).

Our free Homewise tool is available to households across the region, to help you decide which energy efficient home improvements would work best for you. With some information about your property, we’ll create a plan with recommendations for home improvements that will help lower your energy bills.
